Owing to the various aspects relating to digital downloads; decisions on refunds are made based on individual situations. You should contact us within a period of 14 days in case the product you purchased has any problems. When you complete a purchase, as a buyer you confirm that you are in agreement with the fact that the legal ability to decide what situations refunds will be given lies solely on Audeobøx staff. Additionally, you agree that in case of any dispute Audeobøx staff has the right of final decision.
We would not hesitate to refund you or offer you a store credit in case a product is found to be faulty or if the product is significantly different from how it was described.
Regrettably, we are not able to give refunds in case you change your mind after purchasing a product. We only provide refunds if upon receiving the product download link, you did not attempt to make a download.
Audeobøx offers no refund for products purchased if:
- Customer is unable to use product because of software limitations
- Customer does not know how to use the product/ lacks sufficient knowledge
- Customer is unable to use product because of hardware limitations
- If product malfunctions due to the use of illegally obtained software
Products bought using store credits are not eligible for refunds. Store credits can only be issued again if the purchased product is found to be defective.
PRESET PACKS, KONTAKT PACKS, AND PLUG-INS
All software and plug-ins sales made on the Audeobøx website are final. When you complete a purchase, as a buyer you confirm that you are in agreement with the fact that the legal ability to decide in what situations refunds will be given lies solely on Audeobøx staff. Additionally, you agree that in case of any dispute Audeobøx staff has the right of final decision.
Audeobøx will only refund you the entire purchase prices for orders in which:
- During purchase, your payment account was charged illegally.
- If you have not used the serial numbers issued for software authorization.
Audeobøx is entitled to deny refunds in case the customer has been provided the authorization serial number either through email or on their user account inbox and the customer has used the serial number for software authorization.
Audeobøx offers no refund for software and plug-ins purchased if:
- Customer does not know how to use the software or plug-ins / lacks sufficient knowledge
- Customer is unable to use the software or plug-ins because of hardware limitations
- Customer is unable to use the software or plug-ins because of software limitations
You are eligible for a refund if you report an issue with a product within a 14 day period from the purchase date (on the order confirmation mail sent to you).
Audeobøx highly recommends checking hardware or/and software requirements for using a product and the minimum supported hardware components for using the software purchased. Usually this type of information can be found on product pages. No refunds will be made for products that require additional software for then to be used. It is customer’s responsibility to be aware of the requirements to utilize a product.
